Cancellation Policy

When you register your child for a Dream Team FC program, you are committing to the full season. Registration fees cover the entire 12-week season (2 sessions per week, 24 sessions total) and are collected on a monthly basis.

By completing registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the full season fee regardless of attendance, schedule changes, or personal circumstances.

To request a refund within the 7-day window:

• Email us at info@dreamteamsoccer.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
• Include your child's name and the program they are registered for
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

After the 7-day window has passed, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the season.

We understand that life happens. Dream Team FC offers a makeup class policy subject to the following conditions:

• 24-hour notice required — You must notify us at least 24 hours before the missed class to be eligible for a makeup session
• Maximum 1 makeup per month — Makeup sessions are limited to one per child per calendar month
• Subject to availability — Makeup sessions are offered based on available spots in other scheduled sessions
• No makeups for no-shows — If your child does not attend without prior notice, a makeup session will not be offered
• No carryover — Unused makeup sessions cannot be carried forward to the following season
• No cash value — Makeup sessions have no cash or credit value and cannot be redeemed as a refund

To request a makeup session, email info@dreamteamsoccer.com at least 24 hours before the missed class.

In the event that Dream Team FC must cancel a scheduled session due to facility unavailability, weather, coach illness, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will:

• Provide minimum 24 hours notice via email and/or text message wherever possible
• Reschedule the session within the same season at no additional cost
• If a rescheduled session cannot be arranged within the season, a pro-rated credit will be applied to your next season's registration
• Dream Team FC is not responsible for cancellations caused by facility closures, extreme weather, or force majeure events — however we will always make reasonable efforts to reschedule

For Private Training packages (4 sessions · $240), the following cancellation terms apply:

• Full refund available if cancellation is requested before the first session takes place
• 24-hour cancellation notice required to reschedule a booked session without penalty
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled
• All 4 sessions must be completed within 8 weeks of registration — unused sessions expire after this period
• No refunds for unused sessions after the 8-week period

We understand that serious medical situations can arise. If your child is unable to continue the season due to a documented medical condition or injury, please contact us at info@dreamteamsoccer.com with supporting documentation from a licensed medical professional.

Medical exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Dream Team FC may, at its sole discretion, offer a pro-rated credit toward a future season. Cash refunds for medical exceptions are not guaranteed.

Monthly payments are processed automatically on the same date each month for the duration of the season. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure their payment method remains valid throughout the season.

• Failed payments will be retried automatically
• Continued failed payments may result in suspension from training until the balance is cleared
• Dream Team FC reserves the right to pursue outstanding balances for the full season fee
