Dream Team FC is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants, particularly children. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through dreamteamsoccer.com and our registration systems, why we collect it, and how it's protected. It applies to parents, guardians, and participants across our registration, account, and trial sign-up systems.

From parents/guardians:

• Full name, email address, phone number, and home address
• Login credentials for your parent account

About your child(ren):

• Full name, date of birth, gender, and jersey size
• Program selection
• Medical notes or allergy information relevant to safe participation
• Emergency contact name and phone number
• Waiver, terms and conditions, and photo/video permission acknowledgements

Payment information: Processed and stored securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Dream Team FC does not store your full card details on its own servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.

From free trial or promotional event sign-ups: Your name, phone number, email, and your child's name and age.

• To administer your child's registration and program participation
• To process payments and manage billing
• To communicate schedule changes, cancellations, and important updates
• To ensure the safety of participants, including using emergency contact and medical information if needed
• To send seasonal program information and renewal reminders, which you may opt out of at any time

Because our programs are for children, all personal information about a child is collected from a parent or legal guardian — never from the child directly. By registering your child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and consent to the collection and use of their information as described here.

During registration, you're asked whether you consent to Dream Team FC photographing or video recording your child for use on our website, social media, and promotional materials. This is optional and does not affect your child's ability to participate.

You may withdraw this permission at any time by emailing info@dreamteamsoccer.com with the subject line "Photo Permission Withdrawal." Your request will be honoured within 5 business days; previously published content is not retroactively removed, but no new content will be published after withdrawal.

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do not store credit card or payment details on our own servers
• We do not collect information directly from children — all data comes from parents and guardians

Your information is stored on our website's secure database, hosted with Hostinger, and protected using standard security practices. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Personal information is retained for a maximum of 3 years after your last registration, after which it is securely deleted.

Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience and understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not function properly as a result.

Dream Team FC complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy legislation. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@dreamteamsoccer.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
