Founded by Bilal Khan — a lifelong soccer enthusiast, experienced coach and Ontario Soccer certified professional — Dream Team Soccer brings elite-level coaching to children aged 4–15 in Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area.

We started with a ball, a pitch, and a belief that great coaching could change a child's life. Etobicoke is where Dream Team Soccer was born — where we put our coaching philosophy to the test, refined our program session by session, and built a reputation one player at a time.
Those early years shaped everything we are today — our techniques, our standards, and our deep understanding of what young players truly need to grow. Every session taught us something new, and every child who stepped on that pitch made us better coaches.
We continue to give back to the Etobicoke community through occasional events and sessions — staying connected to our roots.

Bilal's love for soccer started early — playing the game in Starkville, Mississippi during his high school years. That passion never left him. Back in Canada, he channelled it into coaching, spending over three years developing young players at Mississauga Soccer Academy before founding Dream Team Soccer.
With Ontario Soccer certification and years of hands-on experience across all age groups, Bilal brings both technical expertise and a genuine love for the game to every session. Parents consistently highlight his ability to connect with children, communicate progress clearly and push players to be their best — all while keeping training enjoyable.

One of the most powerful things about soccer is its ability to reach children in ways that nothing else can. At Dream Team Soccer, we have had the privilege of working with children who needed extra patience, consistency and understanding on the pitch.
Some of our most rewarding coaching moments have come from working with children on the autism spectrum. Children who initially struggled with structure, following rules and engaging with the team — but who, through the consistency of our sessions and the natural joy of the game, grew into active, confident and engaged players.
Watching a child who once found it difficult to participate become a teammate who communicates, collaborates and competes — that is why we coach.
