These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Dream Team Soccer's programs, services, and website (dreamteamsoccer.com), operated by 12985331 Canada Inc. operating as Dream Team Soccer ("Dream Team FC", "we", "us", or "our").
By registering your child for any Dream Team FC program, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child being registered, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Dream Team FC offers the following youth soccer programs in Mississauga, Ontario:
- Lion Cubs — Ages 4–7 · $340/season · $115/month
- Pride Paws — Ages 8–11 · $360/season · $120/month
- Roaring Lions — Ages 12–15 · $381/season · $127/month
- Private Training — Ages 4–15 · 4 sessions · $240 total
All programs run for 12 weeks with 2 sessions per week (24 sessions total per season) unless otherwise stated. Program schedules, locations, and session times are communicated to registered participants via email prior to the season start.
Registration is not confirmed until full payment or the first monthly payment has been successfully processed. Dream Team FC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe or Klarna. By registering, you authorize Dream Team FC to charge your selected payment method in accordance with your chosen payment plan:
- Pay in Full — Full season fee charged at time of registration via Stripe
- Monthly via Klarna — Season fee split into 3 equal monthly payments. Available for orders of $300 or more. Klarna's own terms and fees apply.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid for the duration of the season. Failed payments may result in suspension from training until the outstanding balance is resolved. Dream Team FC reserves the right to pursue the full outstanding season fee through legal means if necessary.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
Our full cancellation and refund policy is available at dreamteamsoccer.com/cancellation-policy. Key terms include:
- A full refund is available within 7 days of the first class
- No refunds after the 7-day window has passed
- Makeup classes are available subject to conditions outlined in the Cancellation Policy
- Medical exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Participation in soccer and physical activities involves an inherent risk of injury. By registering your child, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your child participates in all Dream Team FC activities at their own risk
- Dream Team FC, its owners, coaches, staff, volunteers, and affiliated parties are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in programs or use of facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct
- You are responsible for ensuring your child is physically fit to participate and has no medical conditions that would make participation unsafe
- You will inform Dream Team FC of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect your child's participation
Dream Team FC may photograph and/or video record participants during training sessions, games, events, and academy activities for use in promotional materials including but not limited to:
- The Dream Team Soccer website (dreamteamsoccer.com)
- Social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Marketing materials, flyers, and advertisements
- Internal use and program documentation
During registration, parents and guardians are asked to grant or withhold photo and video permission for their child. This permission is optional — you may opt out without affecting your child's ability to participate in any Dream Team FC program.
If you grant permission, you agree that Dream Team FC may use your child's image and likeness for the purposes listed above without compensation. Dream Team FC will not sell or transfer your child's image to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the academy.
To withdraw photo/video permission at any time, email info@dreamteamsoccer.com with the subject line "Photo Permission Withdrawal". Your request will be honoured within 5 business days. Previously published content will not be retroactively removed but no new content will be published after your withdrawal is processed.
Dream Team FC is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants, particularly children. We collect personal information solely for the purpose of administering programs and communicating with parents and guardians.
Information we collect:
- Parent/guardian name, email address, phone number, and home address
- Child's name, date of birth, gender, and jersey size
- Medical notes and allergy information relevant to safe participation
- Emergency contact information
- Payment information (processed and stored securely by Stripe — Dream Team FC does not store card details)
How we use your information:
- To administer your child's registration and program participation
- To communicate schedule changes, cancellations, and important updates
- To process payments and manage billing
- To ensure the safety of all participants (medical and emergency information)
- To send seasonal program information and renewal reminders
We do not:
- Sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
- Store credit card or payment details on our servers
- Collect any information from children directly — all data is collected from parents and guardians
Dream Team FC complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Ontario's applicable privacy legislation. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@dreamteamsoccer.com.
Personal information is retained for a maximum of 3 years after your last registration, after which it is securely deleted.
Dream Team FC is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants. By registering, you agree that your child and your family will:
- Treat all coaches, staff, players, and parents with respect
- Follow the instructions of Dream Team FC coaches and staff at all times
- Refrain from any form of bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour
- Arrive on time and in appropriate attire for training sessions
- Not attend sessions while ill — please inform us if your child cannot attend
Dream Team FC reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if their behaviour or the behaviour of their parent or guardian is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or contrary to the values of the academy.
Dream Team FC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued participation in Dream Team FC programs after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes that affect your rights, we will notify registered families by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in Dream Team FC programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
